EMI BRULE CREAM 6kg

Universal heat-resistant cream for muffins and cakes. Captivating aroma and strong taste of brulee, pleasant creamy yellow color. Ready for direct use, quantity wish. Do not mix with the dough, resistant to baking and freezing. Easily mixed with cream, fruits, nuts, chocolate.

Muffins with EMI CREAM. Prepare the muffin dough and distribute it in the desired shape. Fill a bag with EMI CREAM and use directly in the dough – for filling, for coating or decoration. Bake according to the recipe for the respective dough.
