Eclairs with EMI CREAM.
Prepare the mixture for eclairs and fill the prepared EMI CREAM in a bag or syringe, following the dosing instructions.
When already baking eclairs, fill with EMI CREAM. You can also bake together with EMI CREAM injected into the dough.
